Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of voltawealth.ca (the “Website”), operated by Volta Financial Group (“Volta Wealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Volta Wealth is a trade name of Volta Financial Group. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Our current status. Volta Wealth opens to clients in January 2027. Until then, the Website is for information only, and the contact form registers your interest rather than requesting advice.
1. Information only: no advice, offer, or solicitation
Content on the Website is general information. It is not financial, investment, tax, insurance, or legal advice, and it does not take your circumstances into account. Using the Website or contacting us does not create an advisory or client relationship. Advice is provided only after an engagement is established and your circumstances are assessed.
Nothing on the Website is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or insurance product. Financial planning services are provided by Volta Financial Planning Inc. Insurance services are provided by Volta Insurance Services Inc. Securities services are provided through a registered dealer. Services are offered only where we and the professionals involved are appropriately registered or licensed, and are not offered to residents of Quebec.

2. Acceptable use
You may use the Website for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. You agree not to:
- use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
- submit false or misleading information, or information about another person without their authority;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, or related systems, or interfere with their operation;
- introduce viruses or other harmful code; or
- scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Website by automated means.

The Website’s content, including its text, design, and graphics, is owned by Volta Financial Group, used under licence, or in the public domain. The Volta Wealth name and the V mark are trademarks of Volta Financial Group. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Website content for any other purpose without our written permission.
4. Links to other websites
The Website may link to websites we do not control, such as regulators or credentialing bodies. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites.
5. Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the Website accurate and current, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will be complete, error-free, or uninterrupted, and information may change without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Any dispute relating to the Website will be heard by the courts of Ontario.
